What's the minimum entry requirements to do the training?
Although there is no minimum academic entry requirement, you will be expected to know to read and write in the language of your country. Also, for the purposes of understanding the feasibility sheet, good general mathematics comprehension will be very handy. Besides that, you will need loads of desire & commitment to do what it takes for you to achieve your financial goals.
How much time do I need?
During this introduction course to "Property Development Site Acquisition", you will likely need somewhere between 6-10 hours a week, for the duration of the course (3 weeks). This will include the weekly LIVES, which are included in your training and go for around 1-2 hours. Aside from that , you may wish to invest more time in additional review of the material or researching more information for the area you think you might wish to work in (or any other location, just to practice).
